The Nature of the Work
The work I do is quiet, relational, and precise.
It unfolds through attentive listening, reflection, and conversation, allowing clarity to emerge without pressure or performance. Often what shifts is not a particular problem, but how a person is oriented to themselves, their leadership, and the decisions they are making.
In private work, conversations move fluidly between practical realities and deeper alignment. Clients bring real-world challenges — contracts, opportunities, client dynamics, writing projects, speaking invitations, and decisions that carry weight.
We attend to these matters directly and thoughtfully, while also listening for what is being expressed underneath. Who you are being informs what you are creating, and clarity at the identity level naturally shapes strategy, timing, and execution.
The work is both grounded and reflective — practical in its application, and deeply attuned to coherence, integrity, and long-term impact.
Private Work
Private work is a relational container for leaders who want a place to slow down, tell the truth, and meet what is unfolding with honesty and presence.
This is not programmatic or outcome-driven coaching. It is a steady partnership that allows clarity and alignment to emerge over time, while also supporting real-world movement and decision-making.
Private work typically begins in a focused container of 90 days to six months. Some clients choose to continue beyond this window as new layers emerge, not out of obligation, but because the relationship itself proves valuable, expansive, and evolutionary.
I work with a small number of private clients at any given time to preserve depth, care, and spaciousness.
The Private Alignment Retreat
The Private Alignment Retreat is a deliberately contained experience designed to remove the noise of daily life so deeper clarity can emerge.
Over the course of our time together, we step out of urgency and into a quieter rhythm that allows you to hear yourself think and reconnect with what is asking to unfold next from within.
This is not time away to escape life. It is time devoted to re-entering it with greater alignment, presence, and coherence — personally, professionally, and from a more deeply connected place within yourself.
The retreat is held as an immersive arc and includes:
- Pre-retreat sessions to listen deeply and orient the work
- A private, immersive retreat in a quiet, carefully chosen environment
- Post-retreat integration sessions to support clarity and embodiment as life resumes
The retreat is offered selectively and typically held no more than a few times per year.
The character of coaches I work with...
The most important characteristics of a coach that I work with is that they are open, coachable, and ready to take their practice to the next level.
When I say “open,” my clients are open to feedback, they don’t hold on to a position, they know that everything I say is with great love so there is no need for defensiveness. They tell the truth of where they are, even if they don’t like where they are. And, they’re open to the possibility that they can make more money with ease and grace…and have fun!
“Coachable” is that they follow through on the actions that come up in their sessions…or there are willing to tell me that they didn’t so we can clear whatever stands in the way of them achieving their dreams. Honestly, I don’t care whether they did it or didn’t do it, just that they tell me so that I can assist them.
