My signature transformational methodology helps you recognize, trust, and embody who you already are through what I call your Thriving DNA™: the deeper design that has likely been operating throughout your life, even before you had language for it.
This is not personality typing. This is a deeply personalized synthesis that helps you see what has always been true so you can stop proving, stop shrinking, stop overgiving, and start building your next chapter from alignment.
The work begins with two assessments: WHY.os® and VIA Character Strengths®, what I call my Decoder Rings. They give us a shared language grounded in positive psychology, data and science, not just me encouraging you. Together, we begin gathering evidence of who you have been all along. If you are not willing to begin there, and I say this with great love, that's absolutely okay. I may not be the right coach for you.
However, there is another doorway. My I SEE MONEY™ sessions requires no assessments. I bring my unique zone of genius to your experience, business, ideas, offers, relationships, and body of work to identify the value and opportunities you may be too close to see.

Align to Thrive™
A private coaching partnership to help you embody your Thriving Operating System™ in your life, work, wealth, and leadership.
For the accomplished woman, leader, coach, or consultant who knows she is ready for more, but does not want more hustle, more generic strategy, or to figure it all out alone.
Early in our work together, I create a personalized Thriving Operating System™ Brief that helps us identify outdated patterns and beliefs, recognize what is already working, and uncover the opportunities and next steps most aligned with who you are now.
Align to Thrive incorporates the foundational elements of Rapid Alignment as needed, then takes the work deeper through an expanded Thriving Wealth Design™ and continued exploration of where you may still need to give yourself Permission to Thrive™.
From there, we begin creating what is authentically yours.
We look at what aligns with who you are, what you want to experience more of, what lights you up, what brings you joy, what naturally flows through you, what your nervous system can sustainably hold, and how you most naturally create wealth. Then we bring that into the real world.
Depending on what you are creating, our work may include refining offers, pricing, positioning, messaging, intellectual property, visibility, client opportunities, boundaries, wealth creation strategies, or the design of your business, career, or practice as it evolves.
And because many of my clients are, how shall we say, more mature in age, me included, our work may also include a Thriving Legacy Design™. We can explore not only what you want to create next, but what you want your work, wisdom, contribution, and life to mean in the years ahead.

A deeply restorative private retreat for leaders and creators who need space to hear what is next.
The Private Alignment Retreat is a selective, immersive experience for clients who need to step out of urgency and into sacred perspective.
This is not time away to escape your life.
It is time devoted to re-entering your life with greater clarity, coherence, spiritual alignment, and self-trust.
Over the course of our time together, we listen deeply, review your Thriving Operating System™, identify what is complete, clarify what is emerging, and create a grounded path forward.
